This has been a year of challenges, obstables, ups, downs, trauma, and great release. In this episode, I reflect on what I've learned and integrated in this year like no other, and encourage you to do the same. This was the Cosmos giving us an opportunity, to slow down, go deep into our fears and traumas, and release the energy that is no longer contributing to your growth. Did you make the most of this opportunity? If not, there's still time. I encourage you to reflect on the lessons and truths that you've integrated and embodied this year. And now that we are fully in the Aquarian Age, it's time to uncover and awaken your unique gifts that you will contribute to the expansion of the collective energy. We need each and everyone one of us to be our selves and show the world. We are the ones we've been waiting for. No one else is leading us into a New Earth. We will create it together.
