We all have self-doubt at some point in our lives. When it does creep in, it is more important than ever to give yourself the time and space to listen deeply to your intuition.

While it is important to have trusted guides and confidants, the truth is that YOU and you are the only one who can truly discern what's right for you.

We all have self-doubt at some point in our lives. When it does creep in, it is more important than ever to give yourself the time and space to listen deeply to your intuition. But sometimes your inner wisdom can get drowned out by all of the "shoulds" in your life—cultural or familial expectations and opinions. Or fear may play a role in holding you back and doubting your inner wisdom. Taking risks can be incredibly scary, but it can also lead to the most profound shifts in your life.  In this episode, I talk about some of the things I do when self-doubt reappears in my life and how leaning into my meditation practice, listening to my inner guidance, and taking small steps in the right direction have taught me discernment and a deeper connection to my intuitive gifts. It's time to listen to yourSelf and be your own guru, your own spiritual guide. While it is important to have trusted guides and confidants, the truth is that YOU and you are the only one who can truly discern what's right for you.
