Ep 128: Open yourself to guidance within and from the spirit realms
Navigating your spiritual journey means being open to guidance from your own internal compass as well as the benevolent beings that are here to help. This help can come in many forms. The question is, are listening and aware of the messages you receive that are supporting and guiding you in the right direction? We each have a team of spirit guides and we can ask for their help any time. In fact, we must ask for their help! When we engage with them, they may send messages through other people in our lives, through songs, podcasts, teachers, books, experiences—the possibilities are endless. Open yourself to the subtle and not-so-subtle ways in which your team of light is communicating with you. It takes practice. Listening in meditation and other quiet moments throughout the day is critical to the process of trusting your intuition and your ability to listen to the spirit realms. Start with small questions and problems to train yourself, and you'll see the results, slowly, but surely. Eventually, you can surrender to the intuitive flow and love that surrounds you.
