The Lunar Eclipse in Pisces on September 17 marks the beginning of a new cycle. The Equinox invites us to tune into the harmony in nature and invite more balance into our lives. This is the perfect time to clear out the old habits, patterns, and energies no longer relevant to your expansion and call in the new. For me, that has taken many forms over the last few years of my spiritual journey, but one act is a solid foundation to my journey: daily meditation. By committing to a meditation practice every single day—no matter what—I have shown myself that I am capable of doing things I never thought I'd do.

Where can I cultivate more balance to allow more space and freedom in my life?
