It may seem like a challenge to find gratitude in the tumultuous year we are having, but I believe that Thanksgiving week is a perfect time to connect with this practice and it's also imperative to our wellness. In this episode, I give five simple ways that you can practice gratitude to create the energy of health, clarity, and abundance, despite the chaos and uncertainty around you. Be gentle with yourselves and others and acknowledge all of the things you have to be grateful for. You might be surprised how quickly this can shift your perspective.
