What are you devoted to? I've been connecting even more deeply with my devotion to my own evolution. I believe that the greatest love we can give and receive is through our devotion to our Soul. For me, that has taken many forms over the last few years of my spiritual journey, but one act is a solid foundation to my journey: daily meditation. By committing to a meditation practice every single day—no matter what—I have shown myself that I am capable of doing things I never thought I'd do.
